The Old Greenwich area covers three and one half square miles, encompassing Greenwich’s easternmost area running north and south to intersect with Riverside, Stamford and the Old Greenwich waterfront. Old Greenwich has two basic geographic areas, known as South-of-the-Village and North-of-the-Village. There are approximately 350 condominium units in five complexes, all North-of-the-Village. They vary in size from studio apartments to three bedrooms. Only the Old Greenwich Gables, next to the Old Greenwich train station, features both a health club and swimming pool while Lansing Meadows offers a pool. The main shopping village of Old Greenwich with local stores, coffee shops, delis, banks, restaurants, dry cleaners and more is no more than 10 minutes from any home. Equally convenient is the Old Greenwich train station for commuters.
