Belle Haven is situated just southwest of downtown and runs from the southern side of I-95 at Field Point Road to points east, west and south to Long Island Sound. The main street arteries in Belle Haven and the Belle Haven area include: Field Point Circle, Field Point Drive, lower Field Point Road, Glenwood Avenue, Meadow Wood Drive, Otter Rock Drive and Shore Road. Approximately half of this area is covered by the Belle Haven and Field Point Park Associations, two private association enclaves with security and speed-controlled streets. Properties can be situated in areas zoned RA-1 (one acre) and RA-2 (two-acres) areas down to R-20 (half-acre). The waterfront homes on Field Point Circle are magnificent and are among the most expensive in the area. Within the confines of the Belle Haven Association area is the Belle Haven Club, a private membership club. Separate membership is required. The Greenwich train station, I-95, downtown Greenwich are not more than five to 10 minutes from any Belle Haven location.
