Belle Haven is situated just southwest of downtown and runs from the southern side of I-95 at Field Point Road to points east, west and south to Long Island Sound. Approximately half of this area is covered by the Belle Haven and Field Point Park Associations, two private association enclaves with security and speed-controlled streets. Properties can be situated in areas zoned RA-1 (one acre) and RA-2 (two-acres) areas down to R-20 (half-acre). Rental homes are not available often but those that are can range in size from a smaller carriage house to a large waterfront estate. The Greenwich train station, I-95, downtown Greenwich are not more than five to 10 minutes from any Belle Haven location. In 2013 4 homes are were leased according to the Greenwich MLS statistics (Leased: 1/1/2013 through 12/31/13).
