Downtown Greenwich living can be higher in density and is a close to New York Style living as Greenwich gets. The highest density is close to the commercial areas on and/or near Greenwich Avenue, Milbank Avenue, Mason Street, East and West Elm Streets etc... In these areas rentals in multi-family homes, above businesses and in condominiums are typically found even though on a few streets single-family living is available. Condominium complexes number 50 with a total of just over 1,000 units of various sizes and prices. In the downtown areas closer to the waterfront single-family homes on a half acre to one plus acres can be found in either Indian Harbor, Milbrook, Mead Point and Bruce Park areas. Some home rentals can feature either boat moorings, slips or water access. Shopping and restaurants on well known Greenwich Avenue are only blocks away.
