With great schools, fabulous culture, recreation, quality of life, low property taxes and easy access to New York City Greenwich has it all. Less than one hour by car or train Greenwich real estate prices over incredible value as compared to the New York City market which seems to have gotten over inflated post-2008 in only a matter of a few years. Come take a look at Greenwich and see how convenient it is to New York City and its airports and how it offers a much bigger value proposition located less than one hour away from Manhattan (AND NO MANSION TAX).
