Market Report: Greenwich single family sales were down 6.8% for November (41 vs. 44 in 2013) and down 7.6% YTD (547 vs. 592 in 2013).
Greenwich single family new contracts were down 51.7% for November (29 vs. 60 in 2013) and are down 14.5% YTD (542 vs. 634 in 2013).
Greenwich average sale price is $2,741,815 Greenwich median sale price is $1,900,000.
